In the plugin settings, it is possible to modify the content of emails sent to users who have registered or booked an appointment. You can find the email settings under the “Emails” tab on the left side of the plugin settings screen.
Both the email content and its subject can be modified. Each type of email allows you to add variables that will be replaced with user data or booking details when the email is sent.
Customer emails #
This is the section where you can set the content of emails sent to users.
Customer Appointment Reminder #
This feature requires a properly configured server with a task scheduling mechanism. It allows sending reminder emails to users about upcoming reservations at a specified time before the appointment date.
Variables that can be used in the content include:
%name% — Display the full name of the customer.
%email% — Display the customer’s email address.
%title% — Display the title of the appointment’s time slot.
%calendar% — Display the appointment’s calendar name (if applicable).
%date% — Display the appointment date.
%time% — Display the appointment time.
%customfields% — Display the appointment’s custom field data.
%id% — Display the appointment’s unique identification number.
User Registration #
The email content that is sent to the user upon registration.
Variables that can be used in the content include:
%name% — To display the person’s name.
%email% — To display the person’s email address.
%password% — To display the password for login.
Appointment Confirmation #
The email content that is sent to the user after booking an appointment.
Variables that can be used in the content include:
%name% — Display the full name of the customer.
%email% — Display the customer’s email address.
%title% — Display the title of the appointment’s time slot.
%calendar% — Display the appointment’s calendar name (if applicable).
%date% — Display the appointment date.
%time% — Display the appointment time.
%customfields% — Display the appointment’s custom field data.
%id% — Display the appointment’s unique identification number.
Appointment Approval #
The email content that is sent to the user after the administrator approves the booked appointment.
Variables that can be used in the content include:

%calendar% — Display the appointment’s calendar name (if applicable).
%date% — Display the appointment date.

The email content that is sent to the user when canceling a reservation or after the administrator cancels the reservation.

Admin/Agent Emails #

Settings #
Header/Logo Image #
Here you can upload the header logo that will appear in email messages. The recommended resolution for the logo is less than 600px.
Which Administrator or Booking Agent user should receive the notification emails by default #
This setting allows you to select the administrator who should receive email notifications.
